Copper Mountain
About Copper Mountain
Terrific terrain, with the convenience of a purpose built resort, this Intrawest (the name behind Whistler) resort has been built in a sympathetic mountain style and the quality of accommodation is very high. The terrain offers suitable runs for all levels.
It's a shame but with teh global economic downturn the resort no longer attracts British guests bar a few exceptions. Like Breckenridge, the resort sits at a lofty elevation of 2955m, so again altitude sickness can be a problem.
