Risoul Vars

Risoul is a purpose built resort set amongst the trees at an altitude of 1850 metres. Another resort that the British market definitely under use. The ski area is large and the skiing is an ideal choice for intermediates and beginners.

Being budget orientated it attracts the UK schools market and with the recent economic downturn it has seemingly fallen out of favour. Having said that it offers high altitude skiing and over 185km of piste with the lowest slopes at 1660m.
