Les Carroz

Located halfway between Chamonix and Geneva, this pretty village is ideal for families, friends, and couples alike. Its gentle tree lined slopes offer picturesque skiing for beginners and intermediates. Experienced skiers have easy access to more challenging slopes in the Grand Massif domain with high altitude skiing. Over 250km of piste are available from this beautifully traditional French ski village. 

Non-skiers are well catered for with a beautiful village offering some quaint shopping opportunities and lovely cafes for a morning coffee. The cleared walking trails are numerous and teh area is good for cross country skiing too. 

Nightlife is mainly bar orientated but things really do swing as the slopes come to a close and up to 8/9pm. after this things tend to be a tad quieter but Club 74 offers the opportunity to apres into the small hours.
