Alyeska

Snow Snow and more snow, Alyeska is the Aleut word meaning "big white land" and that is exactly what you get, huge snowfalls make this destination a "must visit" amongst skiers and boarders the world over. To get the most from a resort such as this off piste skiing is a must.

Not really a destination for piste skiers although there is a limited amount of terrain should you want it. Here it is all about the heli-skiing.
