About Bad Gastein
Badgastein sits at the top of the Gastein valley and along with Bad Hofgastein offers a large ski area ideal for intermediates and above. There are beginners ski slopes in the village of Badgastein next to the main Gondola and some good blues on the Schlossalm and Stubnerkogel.
Great for on and off piste skiing and in Badgastein the apres ski scene is a big draw for young party goers.
